In short, I can't find a suitable paper to quote for my literature review.
It's really quite a fix, not having a relevant paper to quote, and although I have two in mind, they are not exactly...suitable. These two papers are the closest so far to my research question, but they are also not that relevant.
The first paper would be "Mineral Balance in Milk Heated Using Microwave Energy". It talked about the changes in milk when it is microwaved, and it found out there isn't much of a difference at all, just that there are some differences when the microwaved milk is stored. Personally I don't want to use this paper as my literature review, which brings me to the next paper.
The second paper is "Effects of Microwave Energy on the Strophiole, Seed Coat and Germination of Acacia Seeds". Hmm...well, never mind that there was no mention of microwaved water, the fact that I have no need for results on the strophiole and seed coat, and that the seeds used in question are Acacia seeds. I'm planning to go along with this if no other suitable scientific paper pops up for me to use.
Urgh. Why do we need literature reviews anyway...
